After Stay Cleans & Maintenance
Both a thorough clean and full observation of the property in its entirety, to make sure there have been no breakages and/or damages that might be required to report. We will;

Wash, dry, and replace all used bedding.

Clean all used rooms and spaces to a high specification.

Clean bathrooms and toilets to a high specification.
-
Wash any used kitchenware and clean the kitchen in full.

Vacuum the whole house.

Complete any minor repairs and fixes required to keep the property safe and rentable.

Garden Maintenance
Regular visits to maintain the gardens and grounds to the highest standard, in keeping with positive guest expectations.
We will;

Mow lawns.

Trim hedges and shrubbery.

Tend to flowers and plants.

Clean decking or any hard surface areas.

Check any garden furniture or decorative items, maintain where possible.

24/7 365 Guest Care
Guests might need immediate assistance with an issue within the property, or they may just need some support and advice and would prefer someone local to the area who can offer them this.

Whatever their requirements our property managers go above and beyond to accommodate their wishes.

We are effectively on call 24/7 and 365 days of the year, where no request is too much trouble within reason.
